Meet Rabbi Andrew Sklarz (he/him/his)

Andrew Sklarz, MSW and Reform (Progressive) rabbi, has had years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. He brings a unique blend of warmth, compassion, presence and humor to his work, and when desired, a sense of spirituality.

Andrew has worked closely both with those facing serious illness and with those supporting loved ones through this process. He has extensive experience with interfaith organizations and with the LGTBQ+ community, and began officiating same-sex marriages early in his career.

Andrew takes great care to gently guide the individual through a journey of

self-reflection. He understands that transformations come about as people recognize their own patterns of thoughts and behaviors. This opens the gateway to change and the potential for a happier life.

As unprecedented challenges continue to adversely affect our world, Andrew's skills and experience have been more broadly needed. Fear, anxiety and sadness prevail regardless of race, religion or social class.

Andrew finds his communal work to be a meaningful complement to his rabbinic experiences. Andrew seeks to help you discover peace and a sense of wholeness.
